In a nice follow-up to my post about co-workers driving me to drink, I found “Don’t Treat Your Employers Better than They Treat You.” Its great – seriously. I laughed. And I found myself in her shoes.

Its one of my long term goals to finally start my own business, and eventually have my own employees. And when I do, I think I’ll pass this around – and tell them “If you even start to feel like this, come talk to me. Don’t talk to Joe or Sally, come straight to me. Because I’ve been here, and I never want you to be here because of me.”
