Since I’m always looking for ways to burn extra calories without extra time at the gym (or in my case, any time at the gym), this seems like a good option: The No-Workout Workout.

Of course, I’m not at all sure how well some of these really fit into every day life, without having people look at you and think “What the heck is that crazy person doing!?”
